Solder bar 63 37 is a high purity alloy that is composed of 63% tin and 37% lead respectively by weight. It is alloyed in a proprietary method which results in a low drossing, high wetting solder bar. Solderbar 63 37 Sn63Pb37 is an eutectic alloy with a melting point of 183°C (361°F) which means there're no plastic range (no pasty range), solidus and liquidus temperature at same point. Typical applications are wave soldering, dip soldering, fountain soldering, tinning and plating.
