XF Solder Sn63/Pb37 Tin Lead Solder bar is an tin lead alloy that is composed of 63% tin (Sn63) and 37% lead (Pb37), which is a high purity composition. XF Solder bar 63/37 is alloyed in a proprietary method that results in a low drossing, high wetting solder. Such a production process reduces suspended oxides in the solder bar, thus reducing drossing, improving flow, and reducing bridging during soldering. Tin lead solder bar with composition at Sn63/Pb37 is a eutectic alloy with a melting point of 183°C (361°F). Typical applications are wave soldering and plating where Sn63/Pb37 is primarily used as a coating for corrosion protection, and as a base for soldering. This alloy is available in not just inbar, but also it is available in solid and cored wire form.
XF Solder Sn63/Pb37 Tin Lead Solder bar can either be packed to be made to customer specification. Standard packaging is either boxed (25 kgs boxes) or in the case of larger ingots, stacked and wrapped on a pallet.
